Assessment Letter Request for a Refinance Sales: ALL owners must notify the Association of their intent to sell 30 days in advance of the intended sale date. The Association will provide you with a Paid Assessment Letter which you will need to present to the title company to clear your title of any liens for unpaid Association dues. Service Charge: The Management Company reserves the right to charge homeowners a processing fee for all sales, leases, and requests for refinancing. Additional charges apply for less than a 30-day notice of sale.

is not sufficient At closing the homeowner should receive two parking identification tags from the owners. There is a $50.00 per tag replacement cost. There is a $150 moving fee for both seller and buyer to be paid at the time of closing. Association Move in/out Fee is REFUNDABLE ONLY if no damage or violations occur. An inspection will be made prior to the closing and upon completion of the closing. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to notify the management office when the move has been completed.
