Fines or other fees may be assessed against individual unit owners (residents) for various reasons as provided herein. Any unit owner (resident) so fined shall be notified in writing by the Agent of the amount and circumstances resulting in fine. Fines shall be paid with the first monthly assessment due after notice or the fines. The FINE SCHEDULE is as follows: First Violation
