The swimming pool and lifeguard hours are from 12:00 noon to 9:00 pm, Monday through Friday and 11:00 am to 9:00 pm Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Adult swim is 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm. All residents and guest must sign in upon entering the pool area. All guests must register with the lifeguard attendant. No guest will be allowed to register unless accompanied by a resident. No one under thirteen (16) years of age is allowed in the pool area unless accompanied by an adult at all times. The Attendant will ask children thirteen (16) years of age and younger to leave the pool for five (5) minutes each hour. At the discretion of the attendant, children thirteen (16) years of age and younger will leave the pool for thirty (30) minutes each afternoon allowing adult swimming between the hours of 2:00 and 4:00 pm. Only water wings or soft plastic toys under twelve inches (12") may be taken into the pool. No large tubes, floats or air mattresses are allowed. Attendant has the authority to eject anyone from the pool for the infraction of any rule or rules. Repeated violations will result in a warning and possible suspension from the pool for a period of time determined by the Board and/or management. The Association will deny all privileges to residents of delinquent units until account is clear. The attendant is given the authority to close the pool based on inclement weather conditions. No foul language. Pool passes are not transferable. If a resident has given their pass to another to use., the pass will be revoked for a period of time determined by the Board and/or Management. SAFETY RULES No Glassware or breakable containers are allowed in the pool area. No pushing or running will be allowed in the pool area. Report all injuries to the attendant at once. Obey the orders of the pool attendant at all times, as they are given for your safety and the safety of others in the pool. Swimming is prohibited when the attendant is not on duty. HEALTH AND SANITATION RULES (Required by DuPage Board of Health) No food or drink of any kind may be brought into the pool area. No smoking is allowed in the pool area. No cutoff - pants, shorts, or diapers will be allowed in the pool. Only bathing attire is permitted in the pool. No wearing of shoes at any time in the pool area. Children not toilet trained are not allowed in the pool. Children wearing diapers will be considered not toilet trained. No one with any sign of dermatitis or lesion, even when covered with a bandage will be permitted in the pool. Persons wearing bandages of any type are not permitted in the pool. All pool users must shower before entering the pool. SWIMMING POOL GUEST POLICY All guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times. A $5.00 for adult and $3.00 for child guest fee will be charged per guest at the time of entering the pool by the guard.
