An Architectural Control form must be completed and submitted to the  Board with a drawing of the proposed satellite dish installation.  If this is a rental unit, the owner must sign and submit the form to the Board for approval, not the tenant.  Once reviewed and approved by the Board the form will be signed and sent back to the owner, permitting the owner to apply to the Village for a permit.  Once a copy of the permit is submitted back to the Association, the owner may have the dish installed.

The Village of Glendale Heights requires a permit for the use/installation of a satellite dish.  Copy of the permit must be supplied to the management office.

Dishes may be placed on the patio or balcony only.

No dish may be attached to the building, patio or balcony.

The dish pole must be placed in a free standing container and all wires must be hidden from view.  under no circumstances shall the Association permit dish wires to be hung across balconies or run up the side of the building, giving an unsightly appearance.

The dish my not interfere with the use and enjoyment of another person's balcony.

All wires must be installed using the cable openings in the buildings.  No additional holes may be drilled into the building without prior approval of the Board.
