Snow plowing is performed after a 1 " snowfall. The first priority is parking lots and sidewalk's leading to parking lot.  Then all other walks will be cleared. All homeowner residents must move their vehicles for snow removal services.

There are sections of the parking areas where "No Parking" is permitted since this is where the snow can be piled.   Please observe these signs as your vehicle may be towed if parked in this area.
