Garbage containers must not be stored in the hallway.  Trash is to be emptied into the nearest open public dumpster )not into a dumpster that is overflowing), not laundry room container.  Closed garbage bags are required as acceptable garbage containers and have the advantage of not blowing around on windy days or being destroyed or taken while outdoors.  All bags of garbage must be placed in dumpsters, not alongside.
