Requests for Exterior Modifications: must be submitted and reviewed by Management and the Board. This requirement includes satellite dishes, decks, windows and doors, landscape modifications. Form submitted without drawings that are used for the review process will delay the approval request. MALIBU LIGHTS: must be in privacy area, wires cannot be exposed or ran along any part of the building. Wires must be buried at least 4" deep. PATIO DOORS: plain clear glass, no borders GARAGE DOORS: steel/metal; smooth surface; no windows; must match current existing style STORM DOORS: full view, color must match trim of unit (white or off white) FRONT DOORS: color must be same as the scheme of the property. SATELLITE DISHES: Dishes to be installed in privacy area on 2 foot pole Cables cannot run along any exterior surface (check Satellite link for more information) PATIOS: Can be as large as 8' x 12' as long as it fits in the Privacy Area Cannot install over B Box. Must create access to B Box.
