Owners shall keep patios clean, orderly and free from clutter.

Patios may not be decorated, enclosed, altered or the appearance changed in any way, without the prior written consent of the Board.

Patios may not be used for storage, other than for seasonal storage of barbecue grills, lawn chairs and other items usually associated with patios.

Clothing, sheets, blankets, laundry and similar object shall not be hung out or exposed on patios.

Patios must not be used as pet runs.

Barbecuing will be allowed only on patios and driveways using a gas grill or a charcoal grill. No barbecuing in the garage.

Patio's can be as large as 8' x 12' as long as it fits in the Privacy Area. Cannot install over sewer cleanout connection. (Must get Board Approval)
