Unit owners are required to pay a monthly operating and maintenance assessment ("maintenance assessment") as approved annually in the Manorhomes of Spring Lake Condominium Association #2 Budget. Monthly maintenance assessments are due by the first of each month. For any maintenance assessment (or portion thereof) outstanding by the twentieth day of the month within which it is due, a fee of $25.00 per month will be assessed. If the amount remains unpaid after 60 days, collection procedures will commence.
