Any sod or other property damaged through neglect or abuse shall be replaced at the expense of the Unit Owner who is responsible.

Unit Owners are not permitted to alter, change or add to the landscaping of Common Property without Board approval.

Unit Owners are responsible for debris thrown or placed on the grounds or damage to landscaping.

Sun bathing shall not be permitted in front of any building.
