Living in a multi-family Community may require some personal adjustment. Unlike life in a detached single-family home, Community living requires extra consideration for others.

Restrictions related to parking, noise, exterior decorations and storage; gardening and maintenance of pets are more tightly regulated in the interest of the common good, peace and enjoyment.

Please be considerate of others' property and privacy.

No one shall play, or allow to be played, any TV, radio, hi-fi, organ, piano, or other musical instrument or sound reproducer at a sound level which may annoy or disturb occupants of other condominiums. Particular care must be exercised in this respect between the hours of 10:00pm and 9:00 am.
