Vehicles may not be parked, maintained or stored so as to obstruct passage of other vehicles on the Property. All vehicles shall be parked within the lines or other marked boundaries. All vehicles are restricted to designated parking areas. Violators are subject to being towed. Overnight parking in front of buildings is limited to passenger cars only. All vehicles must be operated in a manner as to assure safety of pedestrians. Speed in excess of 15 miles per hour is prohibited. After two (2) inches of snowfall has occurred, all cars must be removed from the parking areas to facilitate snow removal. All private vehicles smaller than a car (except motorcycles are to be stored inside the unit owner garage. These vehicles are not to be stored in halls, on patios, or left on lawn areas unattended. Disabled individuals requiring accommodation should direct their request to Management. Small vehicles are not to be driven on sidewalks or lawns. Motorized vehicles are not to be driven on sidewalks or lawns. Enforcement: Garage doors must be kept closed except for the short period required to enter or to leave. Camping trailers, boats and other recreational vehicles, and commercial vehicles over 1/4 tons may be parked or stored in garages only. They are not permitted in any other exterior parking areas. Inoperable and/or non-licensed vehicles are not allowed in exterior parking areas. All vehicles must comply with city and state ordinances. Parking of any motorized vehicles are restricted to the streets and parking areas. No mini-bikes or snowmobiles shall be operated anywhere on the property. Automobile repairs such as oil changes, etc., are not allowed except emergency repairs (changing a tire) in the parking areas. Bicycles,
wagons and other play equipment must be removed from common areas by
sunset. Garage stoops/hallways must be clear of any obstruction. |
