Pets are not permitted in or about any recreational facility, on the landscaped parts of the Common Areas or on the patios or balconies. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning and disposing of pet waste. A leash, not to exceed six (6) feet in length, is required. Pets should be kept under control at all times.

Residents are limited to two (2) pets per unit.

No pet may be left unattended outside a Unit at any time.

Any pet which creates a nuisance or unreasonable disturbance or caused damage to any Common Property may be permanently removed from the property upon three (3) days notice.

Feeding of wildlife is prohibited. The only exception is bird feeders which may not be attached to the building or placed on the ground, patio or deck.
