A cash deposit in addition to a rental fee is required for a private (social) use by residents. This cash deposit is refundable if no damage is caused, as determined by a representative of the Association Management. The initial cash deposit is due upon making the reservation date for the Clubhouse use.

No empty cans, bottles, or other trash should be left behind after use. It is incumbent upon the host to impress upon his or her guest' consideration for other residents at all times.

The Recreation Hall may be reserved no more than sixty (60) days prior to desired date. At the time of the reservation and at time of leaving the deposit, the unit owner's assessment account must not be in arrears.

Use of the Recreation Hall on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays shall be limited to two (2) times in any calendar year, beginning January 1, 1983, for each unit.

The Recreation Hall must be vacated by 11:00p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and by 1:00 a.m. of the following morning when reserved for Friday and Saturday, or on a day preceding a national holiday.

Recreation Hall must be cleaned and ready for inspection, and the key returned by the hour and day designated by the Association Management.

If due to holiday or weekend use and inspection is necessary, a reasonable charge may be made for the inspection.

The rental fees for the Recreation Hall are as outlined in the standard charge list. Hours for any function may be further contingent on management discretion should disturbances or improper usage of the recreation hall arise.

The resident acting as host must be present at all times.

Occupancy by more then fifty-five persons are not permitted without Management's approval.

If alcoholic beverages are present, all persons attending shall be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or accompanied by parent or guardian.

Noise emanating from a social gathering shall not be excessive.

The rental fee must be received at the Management Office with the reservation request. If the reservation is canceled less then seven (7) days prior to the reserved date, the rental fee will be forfeited.

At the private clubhouse function, there shall be no use allowed of the swimming pool after the normal swimming pool closing hours. Any violation of this rule will result-in a Two Hundred Fifty Dollar ($250.00) fine plus damages. This assessment is for the time, costs, and expense of enforcing the rules and regulations against the unit owner who sponsored, or whose resident sponsored, the clubhouse event.
