Seasonal decorations may be placed on limited common areas only, no earlier then one (1) month prior to and shall be removed no later than one (1) month after the date of the holiday.

No external decorations are permitted except for decorations, which can be placed on the door, patios, or balconies. Repairs necessary, due to the hanging of decorations, are the responsibility of or will be charged to the unit owner.

No decorations, which create a safety hazard, will be permitted.

Fresh Christmas trees should be carried inside wrapped in a sheet or a plastic so the needles do not leave a trail in the corridors and on the stairs.

After Christmas, trees should be thrown out and away from your balcony or patio. Our maintenance crew will remove trees. Do not drag trees through the halls to the garbage dumpsters.

Due to being potentially dangerous, please do not leave your tree unattended while lights are on, this is a FIRE HAZARD.
