Assessment payment can only be posted by the bank in Itasca. The Steeple Hill office has no way of posting payments; therefore it is very important you use the address label in your coupon book and mail your check directly to the bank in order to avoid late charges. When is my monthly assessment due? Assessments are due on the 1st and late after the 10th.
Your payment must be posted by the bank no later than the 10th or your
account will be charged a $25 dollar late fee. Please allow at least 7
days for mailing and bank processing. Do not drop your payment at the
office since this will only delay posting to your account.
