Pool Information:
The pool will not be opened this year due to the current condition and cost to put in operation and maintain it this year.  The finances do not allow for the added expense this year.

NEW SECURITY SERVICE: Effective October 15th, 2002 Constable services took over as the new security service for Steeple Hill. The new service will patrol seven days a week during various hours of the day and night. Both car and foot patrols have been scheduled. Constable Services phone number is 847-524-6032.

VILLAGE PROPERTY INSPECTION: The Village of Hoffman Estates has informed us that they are now doing 2 property inspections per year instead of one.  The inspections are made to the common elements, as well as, observance of exterior violations of windows and patio doors and other observable violations by condo owners.
