An owner of a reserved parking space may call to have a car towed if he finds someone else parked in their assigned reserved spot. Permits must be displayed in the front or rear window so that they can be easily seen from the street. The Association recommends that permits be taped in the lower left or right corner of the rear window. If windows are tinted the permit should be displayed in a non-tinted window. Using packing tape to secure the permit will prevent the permit from sliding down or blowing out of the window. Temporary permits for a period of 24 hours can be purchased at the office. It is recommended that you keep one or two permits on hand in case your guests stay beyond 10:00 p.m. or overnight. Temporary permits that do not indicate a date and time in ink, or where a date or time has been crossed out, erased or altered in any manner are not valid and such vehicle will be towed. All permits that are lost will require a $250.00 replacement fee including reserved parking permits. |
