The Board of Directors have scheduled roof replacements for buildings
4, 8 and 13. The building 8 roof is scheduled to be replaced during May 2003. The remaining two roofs are scheduled to be completed this year
or next depending on money available from the current fiscal budget.

A project has been started to enclose all storage lockers for increased security. So far storage rooms in building 7 and 12 have been completed and buildings 3 and 14 are in progress. It is anticipated that all 19 storage rooms will be done by the end of 2004.
