During 2002 new roofs were installed on buildings 2, 5, 7, and 14. The
total cost of the new roofs was $142.000. This year four more buildings have been budgeted for roof replacement. The roof replacement program will continue into 2004 and 2005 in order to work with in coming revenue rather than obtain a loan which would create a need  for a special assessment in order to pay the loan back.
