The Association has contracted with DeMay Construction to plow snow when there has been an accumulation of at least two inches of snow. Parking areas will be plowed after streets and all areas will be reviewed and redone the following day, where necessary, after 7 a.m., when most cars are gone. Salting of streets will be done when needed.

Maintenance staff will be responsible for clearing sidewalks, walkways
and steps leading to all entrances.

Important - Residents are reminded to make sure that cars are not parked so that the front of back hangs over the sidewalk because it blocks the snow plows from being able to clear sidewalks.
