Fines or other fees may be assessed against individual Unit Owners for various reasons as provided herein.  Any Unit Owner so fined shall be notified in writing by the American Community Management, Inc. of the amount and circumstances resulting in the fine.  Fines shall be paid with the first monthly assessment due after notice of the fines.

These fines will be added to the monthly assessment and will be due and payable when entered.

In the even of any violation of the Rules and Regulations, Declaration or By-Laws of the Association, the Board reserves the right to pursue any and all legal remendies to compel enforcement, legal and equitable. Any and all costs and attorneys' fees shall be assessed back to the account of the offending Owner at the time they are incurred.
