Potted plants, lawn furniture, and bird feeds on decks and patios are permitted provided that such items are modest in quantity and dimensions, in harmony with prevailing practice and do not detract from the appearance and character of the development. Residents who wish prior assurance of compliance with the aforesaid criteria may request such in accordance with established procedures.

No modifications or additions to Landscape areas are permitted without prior written approval of the Board.
