The swimming pool and its immediate area may be used only on days and during hours when use is authorized by the Board.

Access to the pool area must be made through the designated entrance.

No pets are permitted in the immediate pool area.

Only homeowner (or tenants) and their guests may use the pool facilities, and they should be prepared to sign in and identify themselves and show their pool pass to the attendant on duty. Every person must have a pass, regardless of age.

All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied at all times by an adult (18 years age or older) when in the pool area.

Homeowners are responsible for the conduct of their guest. Guest privileges may be denied if these rules are not followed.

No one having an infectious disease, excessive sunburn or open sore shall enter the pool.

Verbal or physical abuse to lifeguards, or other residents and damage to property or equipment will not be tolerated. Appropriate action and /or assessments will be undertaken as deemed advisable by the Board. This applies to the entire recreational facility.

Only members in good standing, members of their family, guests or tenants may use any facilities. Members in good standing shall constitute those members who area either current in the payment of their monthly assessments, have not been found guilty within the last thirty days of a violation of the Declaration, By-Laws, or Rules and Regulations of the Association, are not delinquent in the payment of any damage currently are not defendants in an action filed by the Association against the unit owner.

General Conduct Rules

Only battery operated radios, tape recorders, and TV's played through earphones are permitted and only if there is no noise bothering others.

Users of the pool are responsible for the removal of all personal effects when they leave the pool area.

Pool area seating may not be "reserved" unless an occupant is in the pool. Furniture provided may not be removed from the pool area.

Woman and men with shoulder length hair must wear a cap in the pool; exception may be made for hair held in place by rubber band. Hair pins and clips must be removed before entering the pool.

All infants in diapers and/or children not toilet trained may not use the swimming pool.

Only swim suites are permitted in the pool; cutoffs and other personal clothing are not allowed.

Pool users must take a shower each time before entering the pool. persons using sun tanning preparations or other greasy substances on their skin or hair must take a hot soap shower to remove these materials before entering the pool.

Towels and robes may not be hung over the fence or landscaping.

Inflatable rubber or plastic swimming supplements, toys rafts, etc. may be used only with the permission of the attendant.

No "horseplay", running etc. will be tolerated.

No food or glass containers are permitted in the pool area.

Any and all alcoholic beverages are prohibited within the pool area.
