Refuse should be placed in heavy duty plastic bags which are securely closed and placed in the dumpsters; not on the ground in the garbage enclosures.

Refuse is collected three times a week.

Any large items such as carpeting, furniture, etc. which are placed in the garbage encclosures incur and extra charge fromthe waste disposal company. Owners/occupants must notify the managing agent of their intention to dispose of such itmes so that the charges incurred can be properly assessed.
