The Commons of Surrey Woods is located in Streamwood, off Rt. 59 between Rt 58 and Schamburg Rd. on Ascot Lane., near the intersection of Higgins Rd (Rt 72) and Governors Lane.  There are 222 units.

The Commons of Surrey Woods Association is subject to the Declaration and the not for profit corporation act. They also have Rules and Regulations for the benefit of all homeowners.

There are several different styles within the Association. They are all 2 story units with 1 or 2 car garages.

Nothing can be changed on the exterior of the unit without the Board’s approval.  Unit owners should always contact the management company if they have questions regarding installation of anything on the exterior.
