A. Addition or removal of trees, shrubbery, and or sod all require an application by the Homeowner and approval by the Board .

B. Once approved by the Board, Homeowner installed shrubbery shall be maintained by the Association, and will be deemed Association property, thus subject to removal or replacement at the discretion of the Board.  This does not  include flowers planted by the Homeowner.

C. Flower planting shall be left to the Homeowner’s discretion.  Homeowner’s can plant flowers only in the currently cultivated areas.

AND MUST BE CLEARED AFTER THE FIRST FROST OF THE SEASON.

D. Clinging vines may not adhere to the side of any building or common privacy fences.

E.  GARDENS FOR VEGETABLES MUST BE IN BOXES ON THE  DECK.  NO VEGETABLE GARDENS ARE PERMITTED IN BEDDING AREAS.

F.  Flower boxes on patios and/or decks will be allowed within a
Homeowner’s private property boundaries.  Flower boxes that will be attached to the main structure of the house or to the common privacy fence, will not be permitted.

G. Any lawn damage caused by pets, children or negligence must be repaired by the Homeowner. If not promptly repaired by the         Homeowner, the Association will repair and send the bill to the Homeowner.

H. Any permanent yard decorations and/or ornaments must have Board approval.  (See section  V.E. for rules on exterior lighting).

I. Any modifications and/or improvements to existing landscaping shall not interfere with lawn or Common area maintenance.
