A. The guest parking areas (common court stalls) are not to be used by Homeowner(s). They are to be used by guests only, and are for passenger vehicles only. No vehicle will be left in a guest parking space for more than 48 hours, unless the Homeowner has requested and received special permission from the Management Company on behalf of the guest. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE CURRENTLY LICENSED THROUGH THE STATE AND VILLAGE. Vehicles in violation of the above, may be towed at the Management Company’s discretion. Charges for such towing will be the responsibility of the Homeowner and/or guest. (See section VII Policy Statement, for further information). THE BOARD MAY ALSO ASSESS FINES WITH A MINIMUM OF $35.00 FOR VIOLATION OF THE GUEST PARKING RULES. B. Boats and trailers are to be parked in the Homeowner’s garage. Oversized vehicles (defined as those vehicles that are too long or tall to fit in the garage with the door closed), commercial vehicles, and self contained motor homes may not be stored/PARKED on the driveway. Certain exceptions may be made upon application to the ManagementCompany. Homeowners may apply to the Management Company for permission to temporarily leave a boat or recreational vehicle in the driveway for 5 days maximum. This will allow Homeowners time to move such vehicles from a winter location to a summer location and vice-versa. Permission to store oversized vehicles as described above, may be obtained from the Management Company by phone, if such storage is unplanned and will be 2 days or less. For periods of 3-5 days, permission must be requested in advance. Such requests must be in writing and must stipulate the days of storage. C. All vehicle repairs and/or maintenance must be done in the garage (washing and waxing of cars is excluded from these rules). D. Parking is not permitted on the grass. Cars may not exceed into the street from the driveway or guest parking areas. Cars may not block sidewalks except between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., per Village Ordinance. E. Recreational vehicles such as mini-bikes, trail bikes, and snowmobiles, or any other non-registered motor driven vehicles, cannot be driven on the Common Area property. F. No street parking is permitted in the cul-de-sacs, per Village Ordinance. G. Parking is not permitted on the streets after a 2 inch snowfall, per Village Ordinance.
