Nothing should be attached to the roofs of any unit, as it may invalidate the warranty on the roof.

The roofs of all units were replaced in 2003 or 2004 by Norton & Sons Roofing. The roofs carry a 10 year labor and material warranty and 30 year shingle warranty.
