Rules

The main goal of the Rules and Regulations is to maintain the
harmony and beauty of our area. Each one of us has the right
and privilege to a community that is a pleasure to live in. The
Rules and Regulations are not meant to single anyone out, nor do
they in any way conflict with the Declaration and By-Laws you
received when you purchased in Surrey Woods.

Living in a Townhome association means being aware of everything
you do to your home, not only how it effects you, but how it effects
your neighbors, and the continuity of the neighborhood as a whole.
