Windows, patios, balconies, or the exterior surfaces of a building shall not be used to dry or air laundry, linens, rugs, bathing suits, or any other items.

Temporary coverings on the windows and patio/balcony doors such as sheets must be removed within thirty (30) days of the occupancy of the Unit.

Plastic weatherproofing of windows and doorways is permitted only on the exterior of a unit.

Carpeting or covering on a balcony or patio is prohibited.

No items are to be placed on top of the railing or attached thereon.

Rail planters, if installed mut be on the inside of the railing, not on top or over the outside.

Because of restrictions imposed by the Association's insurance policy, charcoal grills of all knds, including hibachis, table top grills, smokers, and any other types of items designed to burn wood charcoal or charcoa briquettes, are stricly prohibited anywhere within the Association. Residents may grill only on gas and electric grills.
