Any Unit Owner who leases his or her Unit must furnish a copy of the lease and lease rider to the Managing Agent within ten (10) days of the beginning of the lease period. The lease and lease rider, which must accompany the written, signed lease, acknowledges that the Unit Owner has furnished to the tenants(s) a copy of the Association's Rules and Regulations and that the tenant(s) must comply with the same.

No Unit Owner may lease less than the entire Unit, nor may any Unit be leased for transient or hotel purposes. There shall be no occupancy of a Unit by any person not identified to the Association and listed on the lease to be provided to the Association under these Rules and Regulations. Every lease of a Unit shall be in writing for a term of at lease six (6) months, and shall be expressly subject in all respect to the provisions of the Association's Declaration, ByLaws, and Rules and Regulations.

Unit Owners shall be responsible for the conduct of all persons occupying or visiting their Units. Unit Owners shall provide a copy of the Association's Declaration, ByLaws, and Rules and Regulations to occupants of their units.
