Unit Owners shall timely report any maintenance or repair problems involving the Common Elements to the Managing Agent. Unit Ownes shall be responsible for all the damage to the Common Elements caused by their actions, the actions of their residents, visitors, and guests, and by the failure to timely report maintenance and repair problems. The Association shall repair such damage and charge back the cost thereof to the violating Unit Owner.
