Animals may not be kept, bred, or maintained on the Property except that household pets are permitted only if they are not kept, bred, or maintained for any commercial purpose, and only if they are kept strictly in accordance with these Rules and Regulations.

Pets may not be left unattended or tethered in any way at any time. All pets must be leashed when outside the Unit.

Pet Owners shall maintain control of their pets at all times. The Board may order removal of any pet creating nuisance, unreasonable disturbance, or damage to Association property after notice and opportunity for hearing as provided in Part VII (Enforcement and Remedies) of these Rules and Regulations.

Pets shall not be fed in the Common Elements. Feeding of wildlife is also prohibited (in order to prevent attracting rodents).

Any deposit of waste by a pet on the Common Elements shall be promptly disposed of by the person attending the pet.

Any damage to the grass or to the Association property caused by a pet shall be repaired by the Association, and the cost of such repair shall be billed to the violating resident. The Pet Owner shall be liable for damages for property damage or injury to persons caused by a pet.
