All garbage must be placed in sturdy containers with tight fitting lids or in a plastic bags that are tied or stapled securely. Collection Day Garbage containers must be kept inside the Unit until 4:00pm on the evening of the day before garbage collection. Containers must be returned inside by 9:00pm on the day of collection. Any litter remaining on the ground after collection shall be picked up by the resident. NOTE: In a week where a holiday occurs before or on garbage collection day, then garbage will be collected one day later than normal. Unit Owners and tenants must not put their garbage out at the curb until the evening before the actual collection day. For example, in the week of Memorial Day, which always falls on a Monday, garbage collection occurs on a Thursday instead of the usual Wednesday. Garbage must not be placed curbside before 4:00pm that Wednesday.
