Your assessment fee is due on the first of every month. The Board approved methods of payment are personal check or money order. Payments must be postmarked by the tenth (10th) of the month. A late charge of $100.00 will be levied if payment is not postmarked by the tenth. Confirmation of receipt of payment is made by review of postmark on payments. Assessments in excess of 30 days past due will be placed with at the Association's attorney for collection. Monthly statements are mailed to the Unit Owner, as a courtesy. Payments made directly to the Management Office must be processed manually and will incur a convenience fee.
