Moving in or out of a unit must be completed between the hours of 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. Security doors may be propped open only while residents are on the premises and actively in the process of moving in or out. The security doors must be kept closed and locked each time the resident is off the property during the move or inside the unit not actively in the process of moving in or out. At no time during a move may the access to and from the building be inhibited by placement of furniture, door props, etc. It is the resident's responsibility to maintain a safe environment in the hallways, stairways, etc. during the move in or out process. Repairs of any damage to the common elements, marks on hallway doors, walls, scratches, scrapes, dents, tears in carpeting, clean up of spilled items, broken items, broken locks, broken door closures, door hinges, or door knobs will be charged back to the unit owner. Moving vans MAY NOT be parked on any of the common landscaped areas or pulled up to access any unit or doorway. All moving vans must remain in the driveway, either in the resident's assigned space, in one of the visitor spaces, or in the roadway. Moving vans or any other type of service vehicle may not block or inhibit any other resident's free use or access to the parking lot. Paid Assessment Letter Request for a Sale Paid
Assessment Letter Request for a Refinance Sales: ALL owners must notify the Association of their intent to sell 30 days in advance of the intended sale date. The Association will provide you with a Paid Assessment Letter which you will need to present to the title company to clear your title of any liens for unpaid Association dues. Service Charge:
