The annual association elections are held in the month of December. The requirements for Board Elections are set forth in the association's Declaration and By-Laws. The association further requires that in order to be nominated to the Board and serve on the Board you must be in good standing with the association. This includes being current on all association assessments due to the association and no outstanding fines and/or violations with the association.
