Living in a multi-family Community may require some personal adjustment.
Unlike life in a detached single-family home, Community living requires extra consideration for others.

Restrictions related to parking, noise, exterior decorations and storage; gardening and maintenance of pets are more tightly regulated in the interest of the common good, peace and enjoyment.

Please be considerate of others' property and privacy.

While the building is to a degree soundproof, noise travels through the unit doors into the halls and other units. As a courtesy to your neighbors:

Loud use of the following listed items is prohibited: stereos, TV's, radio or musical instruments of any kind.

Noisy parties or any kind of excessive noise will not be tolerated at any time.

Guests attending parties must remain within the unit. Parties may not spill over into the hallways, stairways, or other common areas.

Unit owners/residents are responsible for the conduct of guests and children in and around their unit.

Unreasonable noise or disturbance is not permitted at any time. This includes excessive noise from windows or units or from balconies or patios, or throwing of objects over balcony railings.

Renovations (hammering, drilling, etc.) should only be done between the hours or 9:00am through 8:00pm Sunday through Saturday.

Noise complaints should be called in to 911 and then the complaint should be reported to management using the standard written complaint form. Exhibit A.
