Campers, boats, recreational vehicles, semi-tractors and /or trailers snowmobiles, trailers, trucks or vehicles that exceed the standard parking space dimensions are strictly prohibited in the parking area at all times.

No vehicles shall be parked on the Property except in a parking space. No car washing or repairs of any kind are permitted in the parking spaces.

Vehicles must be parked straight and centered within each space. Diagonal parking or parking in any way that inhibits other residents' parking or access to their vehicle in any way is not allowed at any time.

Abandoned or stored motorized vehicles or illegally parked vehicles will be towed at owner's expense.

All vehicles must be in operating condition and have a current valid license. A vehicles is deemed abandoned or stored if:
It is in a state disrepair rendering it incapable of being driven in its present condition.
It has not been actively used for ten (10) consecutive days or more and is apparently deserted. (If a validly parked vehicle will not be actively used for more than ten (10) days-such as during a vacation, please notify the management company).

All residents are mandated to abide by the posted speed limits within the property. Speed limits are enforced by the Village of Streamwood Police Department.
