Every Owner
pays a monthly assessment to the Association. Assessments are used
to pay for the maintenance of the building exteriors and grounds -
the common areas, and garbage collection.
Assessments
are due on the First of each month, and considered late if deposited
in the bank after the 15th of the month. A fee of $15 is assessed
for late payments. Each month on which all, or any part, of an assessment
account is delinquent shall cause an additional late charge of $15
to be added to the account for that month's delinquency and said charge
shall be due on the first of the month following its addition to the
account.
Assessment
payments should be made with an accompanying coupon and mailed to the
address indicated on the coupon labels. Coupon books are mailed
to Owners each year in December.
Payments
made directly to the Management Office must be processed manually and
will incur a convenience fee.

In many cases, you can also use your
online banking service to pay your bill. Remember to provide your
17-digit account number, which is located at the bottom of your payment
coupon. Please avoid using slashes, spaces or dashes since they could
delay the processing of your payment. You'll also need the following
