Holiday decorations shall be allowed, however, such decorations shall not be installed earlier than one month before nor be removed more than one month before nor be removed more than one month after the holiday date coinciding with said decorations. Exception: December holidays, when lights are allowed to be installed the Saturday before Thanksgiving.

Decorations shall not be allwed on the roof, eves, or vents of any building. They will be allwed on a unit's door and patio as long as they create no hazard to other residents. Decorations will be allwed in cords across sidewalks) Freestading, but properly secured decorations may be allwed, at the Boards discretion, in grassy (no newly sodded) areas of a unit. In no way shall any allowed decorations prevent ingress or egress to the unit owner, any tenant or servce contractor or the like.

Lights are permitted on lower gutters and soffits and the trim around windows and doors. Methods of attacment are to be non-destructive in nature meaning no nails, staples, tacks, screws or resideue leaving tapes. The preferred methods of attacment are the use of gutter of soffit clips purchased from any outlet. Wreaths may be placed on the coach lights and front doors of the units.

Further, it is the Board's desire to maintain uniformity and the aesthetic appearance of the complex. If you wish to hang or install any decorations not stated above, you must have prior witten approval.

At no time may any holiday decoation be attached to any portion of the building exteror by any means, such as nails, staples, tape, etc. In the event there is any damage caused by any decorations (either through hanging, use, removal or otherwise) the unit owers shall be directly responsible for any necessary repair. If said owner does not undertake said necessary repair upo0n the removal of the damaging decoration, the Asscoiation will charge the cost of such repair to the unit ower. Any potential safety hazards (including but not limited to, non-waterproof electrical cords, etc) are striictly prohibited.
