The Association, or any Unit owners, shall have the right to enforce all provisions of the Declaration, By Laws, rules, restrictions, condition covenants, liens and charges. Owners are responsible for the conduct of all residents and guests occupying or visiting their unit. Any homeowner may file a written complaint. Board members may file complaints, but may not take part in deliberations. Complaints and/or violations are to be filed with American Community Management, Inc. within 35 days of occurrence.
