In order to keep the aesthetic appearance of the Villa Veneto Condominium Association in a good and orderly manner, the Board has adopted the following Rules and Regulations.

Satellite Dishes greater than 18" in diameter are prohibited.

Satellite Dishes may be installed in the following locations.

On the balconies and patios
On pole no more than 3' high and 3' from unit.
On the backside of the roof directly above the unit.

All other locations are strictly prohibited.

Wires are permitted to run along the roof, siding, downspouts or over the gutters. Wires for balcony installations must be secured and strapped, and must enter the unit at the original cable splitter entry area. Wires for patio or pole installations must be buried in the ground, and then enter the unit at the first floor level by the patio, within 3 foot of the installation.

To protect the health, safety and welfare of the residents, all satellite dishes must be professionally installed. The unit owner must provide a copy of the contractor's insurance and license, to the Management Company, prior to installing.

All unit owners must fill out an Architectural Request Form and submit the form, complete with a drawing of the location of the installation, to the Management Company, prior to installing. Unit owners must receive Board approval before installing the satellite dish.
