It is in the best interest of the Association (and will work to enhance property values for all Unit Owner's) if there are not flags, balloons or banners to promote the sale of a unit, or advertising for a business of commercial activities at any time anywhere on the property including the windows of individual units.

For Sale Signs: Unit owners may place one (1) "for Sale" sign in their window to advertise the sale of their unit. This "For Sale sign must be removed as soon as the unit is sold. As stated above, the use of flags, balloons or banners is prohibited. No "for Sale" signs are allowed to be attached to the buildings, decks limited common elements or common property.

Open House Signs: Unit owners may place two (2) "Open House" signs in their window to advertise an open house once a month and must be removed at the end of the open house. "Open House" signs are prohibited on any common element within Villa Veneto including street corners.

Political Signs: One sign may be placed in a window only and must be removed after the election is over.

Party Signs: Signs for parties must be taken down before midnight of the day of the party.

Birth Announcement Signs: Birth announcement signs may be placed in a unit owner's mulch bed for one (1) week after the birth of a child.

All Other Signs: All other signs are prohibited without written approval of the Villa Veneto Board of Directors.
