The Board plans policy and procedures for our community, as well as
approving contracts for community services. Day-to-day community
operations and needs are serviced by our Community Management Company.
The Board of Directors of the Association is comprised of six (6)
elected unit Owners. Terms are two (2) years. The Board of Directors
administers the functions of the Association. Board members do not
receive pay or benefits.
