Our landscaping is costly and these rules are intended to protect our investment.

Any trees, shrubs or plantings to be installed on the Property must be approved by the Board or its duly authorized agents, unless otherwise authorized herein.

Flowers and plants in decorative pots are restricted to patio or balcony only.  Decorative plantings are permitted around patios only upon prior approval of the Board in writing.

Window and balcony flower boxes are permitted , but must be properly secured and well maintained. Flower boxes must be wood or wood zones. 

No plastic plants, flowers, foliage or other plastic decorations are to be displayed around balconies or patios.

No planters or pots may be hung from or attached to building overhangs.
