Pursuant to the Windsor Woods Declaration of Condominium Ownership as amended, "No animal of any kind shall be raised, bread or kept in any dwelling unit or in the Common elements" except as set forth therein. Dogs are expressly prohibited.

Any permitted pet must be leashed at all times while in or on the Common Elements.

No permitted pet or non-domesticated animal may be fed outside a unit or on or in any portion of the Common Elements.

Residents shall not permit pets to relieve themselves on the Common Elements, and pet owners shall immediately remove and dispose of any droppings on the Common Elements.

No pet, including any permitted pet, shall be permitted to cause a nuisance or unreasonable disturbance upon, or damage to, any Common Element or other Association property.

Residents are prohibited from using any unit as a pet sitting facility, and visiting pets are prohibited.

Any Resident, Association Officer or employee who observes any damage, nuisance or unreasonable disturbance caused by any pet shall report same to the Board, and shall, to the extent possible, identify the pet and the owner of the pet, or if ownership cannot be determined, the address of or unit number of the residence in which the pet is kept. The Association may levy fines and/or take other appropriate action pursuant to the provisions of the Policies and procedures regarding enforcement of Rules and Regulations.
