Seasonal decorations may be installed no earlier than one (1) month prior to and shall be removed no later than one (1) month after the date of the holiday.

Indoor/outdoor decorations are permitted.

Any outside electrical decorations must have acceptable outdoor wiring
may be maintained and kept in good working order.

Repairs necessary as a result of displaying of decorations are the responsibility of or will be assessed to the Resident.

Decorations which create a safety hazard are prohibited.

Fresh Christmas trees shall be carried inside wrapped in a sheet or in a piece of plastic so the needles do not leave a trail in the corridors and on the stairs. Any needles left shall be picked up by the Resident.

After Christmas, trees should be bagged and taken to the designated pick-up area. Trees shall not be dragged or carried through the halls to the garbage room.
