Chutes are used. There are no curb side set outs at curb. All garbage must be in plastic bags of appropriate size, tied securely, and placed in the dumpsters. Heavy brown bags may be used for "dry trash" such as newspapers, cardboard cartons, etc,; if securely sealed. All cardboard boxes must be broken down and placed in such a manner to not obstruct the dumpster or dumpster area. Garbage, rubbish, debris or other unsightly materials shall not be left in the halls, stairway, or on the floor of the Garbage Room or any Common Areas; all trash should be placed in the dumpster and chutes immediately. If the chutes are full or blocked, all refuse shall be carried directly to dumpsters. If a dumpster is filled to capacity, refuse shall be taken to another dumpster. The Association is subject to additional charge for disposal of larger items such as carpeting appliances, televisions etc, and such charge shall be assessed to the Resident disposing of any such item. Any such items must be brought to the attention to the maintenance office prior to disposal. Cigarette butts, grease, coffee grounds, tea bags, lettuce and other fibrous items shall not be placed into the kitchen garbage disposals. no dye or
chemical drain cleaners may be put into the kitchen garbage disposals. |
